The N70 Hilux factory halogens are one of the weakest points on an otherwise solid platform. These bi-LED projector assemblies replace them entirely — up to 3× brighter beam, sharp cut-off, integrated DRL, and a modern 300 Series-inspired front end. Plug into the factory H4 connector, bolt into factory mounts. Done in a driveway.

Complete replacement assemblies — not a bulb swap

Bi-LED Projector — Low & High Beam

True projector optics. Sharp horizontal cut-off means all the light goes where it should — on the road, not into oncoming drivers' eyes. Up to 3× the output of factory halogen.

300 Series-Style DRL

The angular white DRL bar is what makes these look a generation newer. Clean, modern, OEM-inspired — your N70 reads as a much newer vehicle from the front.

Factory H4 Plug & Play

Connects directly to the N70's factory H4 wiring connector. No cutting, no relay harness, no coding required. Main beam works immediately.

Factory Mounting Points

Bolts into the factory headlight cavity using factory hardware. No drilling, no modification to guards or bumper. Adjustable for correct beam aim.

Sealed & Built Tough

IP66 rated. Waterproof, dustproof, UV-stable. Controlled ventilation prevents fogging. Built for corrugations, outback conditions and daily driving.

Rounder, softer headlight shape. Front bumper and grille have a more curved appearance. If your Hilux looks like it's from the mid-2000s — this is your variant.

July 2011 – 2015

Angular, sharper headlight surround. Sportier front bumper with a more aggressive look. The facelift brought a noticeably more modern front end to the N70.

Basic tools — done in the driveway

Remove factory headlights

A few bolts accessible from the engine bay. Unplug the H4 connector — factory units out.

Seat and bolt in new assemblies

Drop into factory cavity. Factory bolts back in. Same mounting points, no modification.

Connect H4 and DRL wire

H4 plug connects directly. DRL wire taps to park lights or ignition — guide covers both options.

Set beam height and test

Manual adjusters for correct beam aim. Check at 10m on a flat surface — step-by-step in the guide. Both sides under 90 minutes.
