We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer, and to discontinue any Product or Service at any time. Pricing
Prices for Products are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions regarding price or any other content on the Website. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or refuse any orders placed for that Product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been processed.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.
Shipping and Handling
We offer shipping within Australia. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
14-Day Return Policy: You may return Products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including any tags and documentation. Returns due to incorrect ordering or change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective Product.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The Product must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom, limited edition, or discontinued Products cannot be exchanged.
Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, please contact us immediately at support@ruggedcustomsautomotive.com.au. We will provide instructions for returning the faulty Product, and if confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement. Return postage for faulty Products will be covered by us.
Warranty
Our Products come with a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, exterior finish, labor costs, or contingent expenses. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@ruggedcustomsautomotive.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photos.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rugged Customs Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or Products.
