Built-in GPS tracks your position even in dead zones. Add Hema, Google Maps or Newtracs from the Play Store for full outback coverage. Independent of mobile data — always on.
Wireless CarPlay — no cable near the gear knob
A wired setup means a cable running past the gear knob, catching every time a passenger climbs in or you swap phones. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto skip that entirely — phone in your pocket, on screen automatically.

Essentials vs Elite — which one?
Both run identical features. The difference is performance, storage and — the one that matters on tour — internet connectivity.
The Elite can have its own internet. Your phone stays in your pocket — if you want it to.
Drop your own data SIM into the head unit (not included) and it runs its own 4G connection, independent of your phone. When you're 300km up the Gibb with no signal, the Elite is still pulling maps and logging your track. Don't want to run a SIM? No problem — leave the slot empty and the Elite works exactly like the Essentials, off your phone's hotspot. The 4G is there if you want it, not a requirement.

Common questions
What's the real difference between Essentials and Elite?

Both have identical features — CarPlay, GPS, Android apps, steering wheel controls. The Elite has more RAM (smoother), more storage, and a 4G SIM slot so the head unit can have its own internet independent of your phone (SIM card and data plan not included, sourced separately). If you never fit a SIM, Elite still runs off your phone's hotspot exactly like Essentials — the 4G is optional, not required. Essentials doesn't have that slot at all.
Will it cause dash warning lights?

The included wiring harness is designed to prevent canbus errors on the LC70. If you have any issues after install, message us and we'll sort it.
Does it work with a reverse camera?

Pre-facelift LC70s don't come with a factory reverse camera. If you've had an aftermarket one fitted, it connects and auto-activates on reverse — plug-and-play, no re-wiring. No camera at all? The add-on camera at checkout is 1080P and the easiest option.
Does it work with my aftermarket sound system?

Yes — RCA outputs for front, rear and subwoofer. Compatible with aftermarket amps, subs and upgraded speakers. Message us with your specific setup and we'll confirm before you order.
Will this void my vehicle warranty?

The install is fully reversible — original parts unplug and refit exactly as they were. A manufacturer generally can't void your whole vehicle warranty over an unrelated aftermarket part, but we're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice — if you're unsure, it's worth a quick check with your dealer.
