Common questions
What's the real difference between Essentials and Elite?
Both have identical features — CarPlay, GPS, Android apps, steering wheel controls. The Elite has more RAM (smoother), more storage (4×), and a built-in 4G SIM slot so the head unit has its own internet independent of your phone. Essentials uses your phone hotspot. If you tour seriously, the 4G SIM is the one that matters.
Will it cause dash warning lights?
The included wiring harness is designed to prevent canbus errors on the LC70 facelift. If you have any issues after install, message us on live chat and we'll sort it.
Does it work with my aftermarket sound system?
Yes — RCA outputs for front, rear and subwoofer. Compatible with amplifiers and upgraded speakers. Message us with your specific setup and we'll confirm before you order.
I already have a reverse camera fitted. Will it still work?
Yes — compatible with factory and aftermarket cameras. Your existing camera auto-activates on reverse. The add-on camera at checkout is only needed if you don't have one fitted.
Will this void my vehicle warranty?
The install is fully reversible — original parts unplug and refit exactly as they were. Under Australian Consumer Law a modification can only affect warranty on parts directly related to it. Your drivetrain and mechanical components are not affected.
What's the returns policy?
30-day returns on unused, unopened items — store credit issued. Faulty unit? We cover return shipping and replace or refund under the 12-month warranty. Full policy here.
