Smoked LED tail lights for the Nissan Patrol Y62 Series 1–4. Sequential indicators, full LED output, smoked lens. Plug into your factory wiring, bolt into factory mounts. Left and right included — nothing else to buy.
The Y62 is already a premium vehicle. Smoked LEDs are how the rear end keeps up.
The factory lights are clear and amber — they do the job, but they don't match what the Y62 does everywhere else. Sequential indicators add the kind of sweep you see on European SUVs twice the price. Twenty to thirty minutes with a 10mm socket, no workshop. Sealed, UV-stable and backed by a 12-month warranty from our own NSW team, not a third party.
What's different from factory
Sequential indicators
Turn signals sweep outward in a flowing LED sequence — the same style seen on many premium European SUVs. Transforms the rear end in a way the factory never considered.
Smoked lens — OEM profile, factory-fit look, sealed & UV-stable
Same housing shape and mounting as factory — no drilling. The smoked finish replaces clear and amber, sealed against dust and moisture, and won't haze or yellow in the sun. From a distance it looks like it left the factory that way.
Full LED — brake, tail, reverse and indicators
Every light function runs LED. Brighter brake lights, faster response, no bulbs to replace. Consistent output across all functions.
No hyperflash, no errors — load resistors pre-wired
The Y62 canbus causes hyperflash with standard LED indicators. The load resistors are already built into the included harness — the most common issue with LED tail lights on this vehicle is handled before it ships.
Installation — 20 to 30 minutes
10mm socket or spanner. Beginner friendly.

Remove factory tail light — undo the 10mm bolts and unplug from factory connector.

Plug new unit into factory connector via included harness — direct fit, no splicing.

Secure with factory bolts. Repeat other side.

Test brake lights, indicators and reverse. Done.

Common questions
Will I get hyperflash or dash warning lights?
No — the Y62 canbus causes hyperflash and error codes with standard LED indicators, but the load resistors are already pre-wired into the included harness. Plug in and it works as factory.
I tow a trailer — will this affect my trailer indicators?
No — trailer wiring connects to the factory trailer plug, a separate circuit from the tail light wiring. Replacing the tail lights doesn't affect trailer indicator operation.
My Y62 was built in 2019 — will it fit?
It depends on the build month. Built before July 2019 — fits. Built after June 2019 (Series 5 facelift) — won't fit. Check the compliance plate on your driver's door jamb for the exact build date, or message us and we'll confirm immediately.
Do I need an auto electrician?
No — plugs into factory wiring via the included harness. Load resistors are pre-wired so there's nothing extra to install. 10mm socket, 20–30 minutes.
What's the returns policy?
30-day returns on unused, unopened items — store credit issued. Faulty unit? We cover return shipping and replace or refund under the 12-month warranty. Full policy here.
