Does this include bulbs?

No — it reuses your existing factory bulbs. Just move them across into the new lens during install.

Will I get hyperflash if I add LED bulbs later?

This kit itself doesn't cause hyperflash. If you later swap in LED bulbs, that's a separate consideration depending on the bulb you choose — message us if you're planning that and we'll point you the right way.
