- 1Factory radio outDisconnect the battery first (airbags). Undo the two screws under the radio surround and lift it away from the bottom. Unplug the hazard and demister switches, undo the four radio screws

Questions
Delivery?
Free AusPost shipping from NSW. Recent orders to NSW and QLD have taken 3 to 6 business days; allow a little longer elsewhere and longest for WA and the NT.
Will it drain my battery?
It goes to sleep when the key is off. If the vehicle sits for weeks, set the shortest sleep time in settings and unplug the engine reader.
Will it throw dash warning lights?
The loom includes a box that talks to your vehicle’s wiring (the CAN interface), so warning lights aren’t expected. If one shows after fitting, message us a photo and we’ll sort it.
Maps with no signal?
The GPS works without phone signal. Download your maps before you go: Google Maps offline areas are free, and Hema (paid) is built for the bush.
Antenna, USB and radio?
Your factory antenna connects to the loom, with an adapter for the Nissan twin plug where needed. Two new USB leads replace the factory socket and run wherever suits you. FM is built in. There’s no AM or DAB+ tuner, but those stations stream through free apps like ABC listen, using data.
Screen and controls?
The IPS screen reads clearly from any angle; polarised sunglasses can make it look darker, which is normal for car screens. No knob. Volume is on the screen, and on your steering wheel buttons where fitted. It starts up quickly and reconnects your phone on its own.
Engine reader on an older vehicle?
Older diesels, especially before about 2007, may show little or nothing on it. The camera works on any year.
Specifications?
Ti with the factory sat-nav screen?
That model has a different centre dash. Send us a photo and we’ll confirm the right setup for it.
Returns?
Faulty: covered by the warranty and we pay return freight. Change of mind: unused and unopened, within 30 days of delivery, for 30-Day Store Credit. Full policy.
