Drop a data SIM into the head unit and it runs its own 4G connection — independent of your phone. No hotspot, no battery drain, no dead spot when the phone loses signal. Common questions
What's the real difference between Essentials and Elite?

Both have identical features — CarPlay, GPS, Android apps, steering wheel controls. The Elite has more RAM (smoother), more storage, and a built-in 4G SIM slot so the head unit has its own internet independent of your phone. Essentials uses your phone hotspot. If you tour seriously, the 4G SIM is the one that matters.
Will it cause dash warning lights?

The included wiring harness is designed to prevent canbus errors on the LC70. If you have any issues after install, message us on live chat and we'll sort it.
Do steering wheel controls work?

Yes — steering wheel controls are compatible with this unit. Volume, skip, call all work from the wheel.
Does it work with a reverse camera?

Pre-facelift LC70s don't come with a factory reverse camera. If you've had an aftermarket one fitted, it connects and auto-activates on reverse — plug-and-play, no re-wiring. No camera at all? The add-on camera at checkout is 1080P and the easiest option.
Does it work with my aftermarket sound system?

Yes — RCA outputs for front, rear and subwoofer. Compatible with aftermarket amps, subs and upgraded speakers. Message us with your specific setup and we'll confirm before you order.
Will this void my vehicle warranty?

The install is fully reversible — original parts unplug and refit exactly as they were. Under Australian Consumer Law a modification can only affect warranty on parts directly related to it. Your drivetrain and mechanical components are not affected.
What's the returns policy?

30-day returns on unused, unopened items — store credit issued. Faulty unit? We cover return shipping and replace or refund under the 12-month warranty. Full policy here.
