Scattered halogen output, faded lenses and a beam that barely reaches the next corner — on dark outback roads that’s a real problem. These bi-LED projector assemblies replace the entire headlight unit with focused projector output, integrated DRL and clean OEM+ styling — plug into the factory H4 connector, bolt into the factory mount. Suits 100 Series and 105 Series.

Remove factory headlights
Unclip the factory H4 connector. Remove retaining bolts (typically 3 per side). Factory headlight pulls straight out.

Seat the new assemblies
Bolt directly into factory mounting points. Same holes, same bolts — no modification, no brackets.

Connect the H4 plug
Factory H4 connector plugs into the included harness. Main beam connection done.

Wire the DRL (optional)
Connect the DRL lead to park lights for always-on, or ignition for key-on. Both options in the included guide.

Adjust beam height
Fine-tune with adjuster screws — aim for the horizon at 10m. Step-by-step guide included. Aim too high and you’re dazzling oncoming drivers.

Confirmed Fitment
⚠ Pre-facelift owners (1998–2002): These headlights fit and function correctly on pre-facelift models. However, the housing profile changed in the 2003 facelift — a small gap may be visible at the lower edge on 1998–2002 models without the facelift lower trim piece fitted. If a flush finish is important to you, contact us before ordering.

Common Questions
Is this one headlight or a pair?
A pair. Left and right assemblies are both in the box. One order does both sides.
Is it genuinely plug and play?
The main beam connection uses the factory H4 plug — that part is a direct swap, no rewiring. The DRL is an additional lead you connect to park lights or ignition. It’s a simple wire connection, not rewiring, but it’s not zero-work. Most installs take 60–90 minutes with basic tools.
Will I get a canbus error or dash warning light?
The LC100/105 H4 circuit generally doesn’t trigger canbus errors with aftermarket LED assemblies. If you experience any dash warnings, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
Will the housings fog up?
The housings use controlled internal ventilation to manage pressure. Minor condensation after a cold night is normal and clears when the lights warm up. Persistent fogging or water intrusion is covered under the 12-month warranty.
Do I need to adjust the beam after fitting?
Yes — always adjust beam height after fitting any new headlights. The adjuster screws are accessible from the engine bay. A step-by-step guide is included. Incorrect aim is the most common cause of glare complaints from oncoming drivers.
My 1998–2002 model — will there be a gap?
Possibly at the lower edge, depending on your current lower trim condition. The headlight mounts and functions correctly — the gap is a cosmetic issue only. Fitting the facelift lower trim piece resolves it completely. Contact us before ordering if you want to discuss this.
