Do I need an auto electrician?Not for the headlights — they plug into your factory HB3 and HB4 headlight plugs. The DRL is one wire to your park-light or ignition circuit, and the guide shows both.
Can I use them on the road?They’re sold for off-road use and aren’t ADR-certified. Rules vary by state, so check with your state’s roads authority before fitting to a registered vehicle.

Early 100 Series: factory-flush finish

They fit — same plugs, same mounts, same function. Toyota changed the trim under the headlights in the late-2002 facelift, so for a factory-flush look on earlier trucks, fit the facelift lower trim (a Toyota part, sold separately). Without it, a small gap can show along the lower edge.

Will the 105 Series fit?

Yes — the 105 uses the same headlight mounts and plugs as the 100 Series, 1998–2007.

Do I need to aim them?

Yes, like any new headlights. The adjusters are reached from the engine bay and the guide walks you through it. Correct aim gives the best throw and keeps the beam out of oncoming drivers’ eyes.

Are they sealed?

Yes — sealed housings with breather vents. A light mist after a cold night can happen with any headlight and clears once they warm up. Water getting in is covered by the 12-month warranty.

Why not just fit LED globes?

A globe in the factory halogen reflector still scatters light the way the reflector was shaped for. These are complete projector headlights, with their own lens and a defined cut-off line.

What does the warranty cover?

What’s the returns policy?

Change of mind: return it unused and unopened within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Faulty? That’s separate — covered by our 12-month warranty and the Australian Consumer Law, and we cover return shipping. Full policy.
